The sun was just beginning to rise over Delaware this morning, when Toby spotted this lovely site. He grabbed the camera and headed out. Hard to tell, but the photo is taken on Tar Heel Drive at the intersection of Locust Curve and across Locust Curve Park the morning after four inches of snow fell on Delaware County. It was a busy week for the Delaware County, Ohio real estate market. Ninety properties were either changed or taken off the market this week. Roughly one month after the New Year was wrang with unseasonably high temperatures, and we’ve seen the results. There were 32 properties sold last week, which is up 11 over the previous week. As expected in this buyer’s market — of course the coldest temperatures in a decade don’t hurt — the number of new listings has slowed down as the County is up 21 from last week.
